Rose Giacinto, originally from Memphis, Tennessee has worked in the hospitality industry for 32 years. Renowned restaurants Chez Bamboo, Bath and Turtle and the hurricane-destroyed Rendezvous Bar were all founded and successfully managed by Rose, who now channels her talents to the Inn at Cornucopia.
Inge Judd, a successful New York business owner and 50-year resident of the BVI has partnered with Rose to develop The Inn at Cornucopia into a one-of-a-kind destination. A 7-continent traveler, Inge is a lover of antiques and food and wine. She shares her passion and knowledge at the Inn.
